Analog Instrument Calibration & MIL-STD ATE

The Malwin MTS-1000 is our first-generation Modular Test System (MTS), purpose-built for validating and calibrating MIL-STD analog instrumentation. Engineered for legacy and active-duty aircraft platforms, the MTS-1000 delivers precision test control across a ±15 VDC range and supports three independent signal transmitters.
Designed for bench-level and depot-level testing, the system supports comprehensive functional and calibration routines across a wide variety of analog flight instruments, including altimeters, ADIs, HSIs, and custom devices. The modular architecture allows expansion for future functionality in X, Y, and Z-axis test configurations, enabling reliable performance verification for gyro-based and magnetic-based instruments.

The Malwin MTS-1907-0X Series represents the second generation of our Modular Test System platform, designed for enhanced flexibility across voltage ranges and functional domains. Available in six variants this system is purpose-built to support analog instrumentation testing, with expanded voltage support and integrated angular signal conversion capabilities. Each unit enables comprehensive function checks for MIL-STD legacy instruments, including electromechanical dials, servo-driven indicators, and synchro/resolver-based devices.
